Learn about Dynamic Tactile Temporal Cueing, an Evidence-based treatment approach This two-day workshop will focus on assessment and treatment of children who have motor impairment, especially motor planning problems (Childhood Apraxia of Speech), contributing to their speech disorder. Special attention will be given to treatment issues and techniques in childhood apraxia of speech in children. Participants will learn effective treatment principles related to motor learning and how these can be incorporated in treatment planning and implementation through Dynamic Tactile and Temporal Cueing Method. Ask the Expert
Parents of special needs kids know that psychoeducational tests are hard to make sense of. Clinical psychologist, Dr. Jennifer Cassatly joins us to explain what these tests measure and how parents can use the results to help their child learn. Dr. Cassatly will tell us how to test for special learning needs such as ADD and autism, and will answer your questions about your child’s test scores.
