Life Quality & Family Support Services and Fees

Step One: Call 760-721-1706 and schedule your planning session.

Step Two: We have taken the time to develop a comprehensive survey to gather every detail about your child or adult’s special needs and your family’s wishes for them. You answer the questions over the phone and our Life Quality Planners guide you through your decision-making process.

Step Three: You are finished. Your Life Quality Plan survey answers will be developed into a comprehensive document you can keep with your will and other important papers; share with teachers, relatives, and caregivers; use for planning and decision making.
